The people in the team are incredibly friendly. When I asked questions or asked for support at the very beginning, several people at once were willing to help me. Thanks to this, I quickly became independent, and today I am the one who helps people who join us.
The cool thing is that we can learn from each other by collaborating on a project and exploring entirely new areas. We can also move from one role to another. I started in the team as a copywriter, but then I got into project coordination. And even though I didn't have any experience in this area, nobody said to me: "It's not for you", but: "It's great that you want to grow - let's figure out how you can do that".
What I do is my passion, but I have a family, a dog a bike :D I'm glad that I do not have to choose between one sphere of life and another, that my professional life does not interfere with my private one.
Flexibility is an important word for us. The GłównaFirma office is available 24/7 - are you a morning bird? Great! Or maybe a typical owl? Great! Once you have agreed on the terms of cooperation, you can complete your project tasks at the times that suit you best. We also provide the possibility of remote or hybrid cooperation (partly remote, partly from the office).
We care about work-life balance. After all, we all have loved ones, different responsibilities and passions. Each of us also needs time to relax.
We have experts in their field on board. By joining us, you will gain a lot of practical knowledge of marketing in its various guises.

Depending on the projects in progress, the recruitment process may differ in some of the stages, but usually looks like this:

After recruitment, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to evaluate the process.
Paulina looks after our largest area and oversees the personnel administration process.
Natalia supports all smaller areas and is responsible for people development processes and communication.
Magda keeps a watchful eye on everything and supports managers in human capital management and competence building. She also manages part of the senior recruitment process. You will certainly meet her at more than one training course. Depending on the area you are applying to, one of us will guide you through the recruitment process from start to finish :)
