The people in the team are incredibly friendly. When I asked questions or asked for support at the very beginning, several people at once were willing to help me. Thanks to this, I quickly became independent, and today I am the one who helps people who join us.

The cool thing is that we can learn from each other by collaborating on a project and exploring entirely new areas. We can also move from one role to another. I started in the team as a copywriter, but then I got into project coordination. And even though I didn't have any experience in this area, nobody said to me: "It's not for you", but: "It's great that you want to grow - let's figure out how you can do that".

What I do is my passion, but I have a family, a dog a bike :D I'm glad that I do not have to choose between one sphere of life and another, that my professional life does not interfere with my private one.

Step-by-step recruitment process

Depending on the projects in progress, the recruitment process may differ in some of the stages, but usually looks like this:

  1. Your application
  2. Short telephone interview
  3. Recruitment assignment (in some processes)
  4. Meeting with project coordinators and HR
  5. Establishment of cooperation conditions
  6. The beginning of the adventure

You will receive feedback from us after each stage.

After recruitment, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to evaluate the process.

Paulina Macieszko-Kozdrak – Junior HR Business Partner

Paulina looks after our largest area and oversees the personnel administration process.

Natalia Wojciechowska – Junior HR Business Partner

Natalia supports all smaller areas and is responsible for people development processes and communication.

Magdalena Brzus – HR Manager

Magda keeps a watchful eye on everything and supports managers in human capital management and competence building. She also manages part of the senior recruitment process. You will certainly meet her at more than one training course. Depending on the area you are applying to, one of us will guide you through the recruitment process from start to finish :)
